Job Description

Summary

As an After Sales Specialist at Kering Eyewear, you will support the NAM Region by coordinating repairs, warranty, and commercial returns. You will work closely with Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales Support to deliver exceptional service to our customers while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibilities
  • Guarantee accurate and smooth execution of repairs, warranty, and commercial returns.
  • Ensure aftersales-related KPIs are met.
  • Monitor aftersales-related open order portfolios.
  • Manage aftersales-related claims through CRM ticketing system.
  • Analyze warranty claims and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Guarantee quality standards defined by Headquarter Quality Department.
  • Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries.
  • Implement new processes in accordance with the After Sales Department.
  • Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and service level.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the after sales department, preferably in an optical eyewear organization.
  • Proven knowledge of optical eyewear products, including small repairs and frame adjustments.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service processes and order-to-cash flows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SAP suite system is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive team player with a passion for innovation.
