Job Description

Summary

David Yurman is seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Specialist to support our commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring each customer interaction upholds our brand’s high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, warm, and professional service via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately manage order entry, updates, and product inquiries.
  • Support after-sales requests, including repairs and service follow-ups.
  • Uphold policies and procedures for both eCommerce and retail store support.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years in a high-volume or luxury call center or retail service role.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding productivity and quality targets.
  • Experience supporting after-sales and repair services is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using SalesForce is a strong plus.
  • Professional, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends.
