After Sales Supervisor - Beverly Hills Flagship

As an After Sales Supervisor at the Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional after sales service in a luxury environment. You will oversee customer-owned merchandise, ensuring repairs are identified, processed, and completed to the highest standards, while maintaining excellent client communication and satisfaction.

• Receive and oversee Hermès customer-owned merchandise for repairs.
• Analyze products to identify repair needs and possibilities.
• Orchestrate all elements related to the after sales process, including repair process, lead times, costs, and client communication.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, craftspeople, vendors, and the Paris After Sales team.
• Ensure proper completion of repair forms and client follow-up throughout the repair process.
• Log and process repairs using Excel and After Sales Service systems.
• Examine products post-repair to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Participate in product training to enhance product knowledge.
• Communicate quality issues with the After Sales Service Manager.

• 1-3 years of experience in after sales, luxury, manufacturing, or technical product environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and discretion.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of French language a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
