Concierge Lead

As the Terrace Concierge Lead at Saks Fifth Avenue Beverly Hills, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience to clients in The Terrace. You will leverage your knowledge of Saks Fifth Avenue's services to provide personalized assistance, enhancing the overall shopping experience. This role requires collaboration with selling associates and management to promote store services effectively.

• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution with every inquiry.
• Follow food storage procedures according to California Health Department standards.
• Ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, adhering to the schedule.
• Focus on achieving and exceeding exceptional client experiences by developing excellent client relationships.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or client servicing.
• Passion for providing a seamless and elevated client experience.
• Knowledge of hospitality and restaurant industry tools such as Toast and Resy.
• Experience with kitchen expectations and service levels.
• Strong communication, multitasking, cleanliness, and organization skills.
• Ability to problem solve client concerns with limited supervision.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
