Responsibilities

• Perform basic to advanced garment alterations, including work on sleeves, backs, sides, collars, and bodices.
• Complete minor repairs, such as replacing buttons.
• Explain alteration services and their value, respond to customer inquiries, and provide pleasant, knowledgeable service.
• Deliver quality work on time and to customer specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of direct experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
