Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of garment alterations including hemming, taking in, letting out, and repairs
• Consult with customers to assess fit issues and recommend alteration solutions
• Measure garments and clients accurately to ensure proper fit
• Operate sewing machines and hand-sew as needed to complete alterations
• Maintain an organized alterations workspace and inventory of supplies
• Communicate turnaround times and follow up with customers when orders are ready
• Quality check finished garments to meet brand standards
• Coordinate with store staff to manage alterations workflow

Requirements

• Previous experience in garment alterations or tailoring
