Summary
The Strategic Sourcing Compliance Analyst ensures responsible materials sourcing and supplier management by collecting, validating, and analyzing sourcing data to support a transparent and compliant supply chain. This role provides insights and risk analysis, contributes to project work on certifications and audits, and liaises with internal stakeholders to support operational and responsibility priorities.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and manage sourcing related data including material origins, supplier certifications, audit results, and receipt volumes
- Conduct audit ready analyses to identify trends and mitigate supply chain risk
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier materials and compliance database
- Lead strategic sourcing contributions to projects on third party certifications, supplier audits, and sustainability initiatives
- Develop and manage reporting calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain current understanding of compliance requirements and industry best practices
- Serve as liaison between Strategic Sourcing and stakeholders including Responsible Sourcing, Sustainability, Risk Management, and Legal
- Communicate with suppliers, auditors, and third party partners on compliance expectations
- Support director manager and analyst team on major projects and cross training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business supply chain management sustainability or related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in data analysis data management and reporting within supply chain or compliance environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerBI
- Strong analytical and statistical skills to identify trends anomalies and risks in large datasets
- Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex subject matter clearly in writing and verbally
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
