Summary
Manage development and execution of fixture drawings, specifications, finishes and millwork to support new stores and renovations globally. Collaborate with fixture manufacturers, Store Planning and Procurement to ensure design intent, quality and cost targets are met. Maintain technical libraries and oversee production approvals and supplier qualification.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for fixtures, displays, signage and millwork.
- Maintain and manage a library of technical fixture drawings and specifications.
- Support value engineering to meet project cost targets.
- Manage finish sample library and replenishment processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed finish specifications for millwork and metal work.
- Review and approve shop drawings, mockups, prototypes and finish samples for production.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality and execution standards.
- Support Store Planning on custom fixture requests and site-specific solutions.
- Assist Procurement with supplier qualification and onboarding across regions.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in high end millwork, fixture, furniture or cabinetry production.
- Superior understanding of millwork detailing, materials specifications and installation methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized with ability to multitask.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with data management standards and directory practices.
