Summary
Manage store design projects across wholesale and boutique channels for EMEA, overseeing design, planning, and project management from concept through completion while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role requires handling multiple simultaneous projects, budget and schedule awareness, and frequent collaboration with vendors, consultants, and construction teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Retail, Construction, and external partners to develop projects.
- Manage day to day project management for new store and renovation projects for wholesale and retail.
- Produce schematic design and design development packages for new locations and renovations.
- Oversee design, construction, millwork shop drawing and finish sample review.
- Maintain budget and schedule awareness across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Coordinate project program requirements with in house departments and senior management.
- Maintain constant dialogue with vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
- Prioritize and manage work schedules for self and external consultants.
Requirements
- Education in Architectural Design.
- Experience in retail design or high end custom residential architecture in a product manager role.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or newer.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Autodesk, Microsoft Project, SketchUp Rhino or 3d rendering software.
- Strong design skills with ability to sketch and knowledge of millwork standards and construction details.
- Experience working with lighting, MEP, and other project consultants.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, written and oral.
- Experience reviewing construction and shop fit installations on site.
