Responsibilities- Partner with Business/Sales, Merchandising, Retail, Construction Teams, and external partners in project development.
- Work within a team of project managers for new store and renovation projects.
- Produce schematic design and design development packages for new wholesale locations and retail stores.
- Manage project design, construction, millwork review, budget, and schedule for multiple projects.
- Coordinate project requirements with RL in-house departments and external partners.
- Maintain communication with vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
- Prioritize and manage own work and the work/schedule of RL consultants.
Requirements- Experience in retail architectural design or high-end/custom residential architecture in a project manager’s position.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or more recent versions.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Autodesk applications, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and 3D rendering software.
- High level of design skills and ability to sketch.
- Knowledge of millwork standards, lighting, MEP, and other project-related consultants.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience on site reviewing construction and shop fit installations.
