Job Description

Summary

Multi-store Area Manager responsible for financial performance, retail experience, and operations across multiple retail locations in the Miami market based out of Aventura. Role focuses on driving sales growth, managing store operations within budget, developing store leadership, supporting new store openings, and representing the brand to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular store visits in the district and report to Regional Manager, VP of Stores, and HQ departments.
  • Support new store openings and partner with Retail Talent Acquisition for district openings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and employee engagement.
  • Ensure district operates within budgets for store and market labor usage.
  • Hold teams accountable for sales growth, productivity, talent development, product launches, and training.
  • Enforce risk management, safety, brand protocols, and operating procedures.
  • Coach Store Managers to drive business and develop their teams per company strategy.
  • Manage recruiting, on-boarding, training, development, and succession planning for store management teams.
  • Lead biannual performance and development reviews and oversee employee relations matters timely and appropriately.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a multi-unit district management role at a consumer fashion retailer.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and reducing operational costs.
  • Ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Clear, honest, and empathetic communicator able to make tough decisions.
  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire teams.
  • Resourceful problem-solver and creative thinker.
  • Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.
