Summary
Regional leadership role partnering with VP Retail to define and implement business strategies across the West Coast store network, driving profitable growth, network expansion, and consistent brand presentation while empowering store leaders and supporting hiring and training.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement regional business strategies with cross functional partners.
- Empower store leaders to develop market specific business plans to drive traffic and client acquisition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor landscape to inform expansion and renovation recommendations.
- Lead and mentor store management to achieve sales and efficiency goals.
- Drive improvement of retail KPIs including CRM, NPS, productivity, and appointment revenue.
- Partner with HR to build hiring culture and support talent development.
- Ensure store standards for presentation, cleanliness, repairs, and organization are maintained.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to optimize commercial execution and collection performance.
- Oversee operations including cash handling, inventory management, safety, and biannual inventory reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of retail experience with focus on management and operations.
- Experience in luxury or high end retail, preferably leather goods and ready to wear.
- Proven ability to motivate sales teams and achieve challenging objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with Cegid a plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast paced environment, and competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% and internationally several times per year.
- Fluent in Spanish or French a plus.
