Summary
The Area Sales and Education Executive is responsible for sales strategy and training support across an assigned territory focusing on Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom accounts, driving in-store events, merchandising standards, and relationships with store personnel. The role requires frequent travel within the territory and some remote work one day per week.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through strategic call cycles and event planning
- Manage freelance and travel budgets for the territory
- Conduct in-store trainings for Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom in line with brand expectations
- Plan and execute in-store events to drive margin on box targets
- Work with store management on visual placement and merchandising
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store BAs store leadership and department managers
- Ensure homebays counters endcaps and towers meet merchandising standards
- Maintain regular communication with field team and manage schedule and travel
- Use company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of beauty industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments preferred
- Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory and heavy driving
- Capable of standing walking and bending for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives
