Job Description

Summary

As an Area Sales Manager at TAG Heuer, you will be responsible for developing the North America wholesale business by building long-term relationships with retailers and key partners. Your focus will be on increasing market share, driving merchandising excellence, and improving assortment potential to achieve sell-out objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales targets and strategies for sell-in and sell-out.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Optimize brand distribution and recommend account openings and closures.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sell-out in all doors.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Implement co-op marketing plans and ensure consistent online brand presence.
  • Support customers in implementing merchandising plans and maintaining brand standards.
  • Consult with retailers to define product assortments and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Deliver product knowledge training to sales associates and ensure brand ambassador engagement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of wholesale experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent written communication and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-reliant work habits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 40% of the time.
