Job Description

Summary

As Asset Protection Assistant Manager for the Maison Madison Flagship Boutique, you will implement and maintain the boutique's asset protection program to mitigate risk of loss, safety, and security. You will partner closely with boutique management, regional and corporate AP leadership, and local law enforcement to lead investigations, trainings, and emergency preparedness. The role includes management of vendor guards, oversight of AP equipment, and coaching of AP supervisors and specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the boutique Asset Protection program and perform security assessments.
  • Conduct AP and safety trainings including active shooter, armed robbery, alarm response, and emergency evacuation drills.
  • Manage vendor guards scheduling and performance; address vendor-related concerns.
  • Investigate internal and external losses, support cycle counts and inventory investigations, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Maintain AP equipment functionality and documentation; oversee fire safety inspections and ERP reviews.
  • Coach, develop, and indirectly supervise AP Supervisors and AP Specialists.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of asset protection management experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop AP team members.
  • Basic investigative skills and experience conducting loss investigations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong partnership capabilities.
  • Flexible availability and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Experience with AP technology and equipment and managing vendor guards.
