Asset Protection Coordinator - The Mall At Green Hills

Summary

Responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property, fixtures, equipment, merchandise, supplies, money and employees. The role greets and screens visitors, monitors alarms and coordinates with receiving and security teams to ensure building safety and proper handling of incidents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and visitors in a professional manner
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
• Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff and confirm appointments when applicable
• Log and validate information on trucks entering or leaving the building and coordinate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatching
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
