Summary

Responsible for protecting store assets and ensuring a safe environment through surveillance investigations and collaboration with store and law enforcement teams. Conducts investigations into theft and fraud while maintaining records and supporting loss prevention initiatives. Works on the sales floor and back of house to deter loss and promote operational integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into suspected theft, fraud, and policy violations
• Monitor store activity through surveillance and floor presence
• Apprehend or detain individuals suspected of theft following company procedures
• Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as necessary
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate case files
• Testify or provide statements for legal proceedings when required
• Implement loss prevention strategies and advise staff on risk reduction

Requirements

• Prior experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or security preferred
• Ability to handle confrontational situations calmly and professionally
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Available to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and incident reporting
