Summary

Responsible for protecting company assets and ensuring a safe shopping environment at the 59th Street location. Conducts investigations into theft and loss incidents, collaborates with store leadership and law enforcement when necessary, and supports loss prevention initiatives to reduce shrink.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into suspected theft, fraud, and inventory shrink.
• Monitor store activities and surveillance to detect and deter loss.
• Collaborate with store management and security personnel on incidents.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate reports and evidence.
• Liaise with local law enforcement when required and assist with prosecutions.
• Implement and follow asset protection procedures and policies.
• Provide testimony or statements for internal and external investigations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in asset protection or loss prevention.
• Knowledge of investigative techniques and evidence handling.
• Strong observation and report writing skills.
• Ability to work with law enforcement and store teams professionally.
• Availability to work a retail schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
