Summary

Responsible for protecting store assets and ensuring a safe environment at the 59th Street location. Conducts investigations into theft and loss incidents and works with store leadership to mitigate shrink. Engages professionally with customers and team members while following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store activity to prevent theft and loss
• Investigate incidents of suspected theft or fraud
• Work with store management to implement loss prevention strategies
• Conduct regular patrols of sales floor and stock areas
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
• Assist with training staff on asset protection practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in loss prevention or security preferred
• Strong observation and investigative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• High level of integrity and professionalism
