Asset Protection Investigator

Summary

As an Asset Protection Investigator, you will help prevent losses from external and internal theft and fraud. This on-site role is based in a distribution center and reports to the Asset Protection Manager.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the safety of customers and employees and respond to emergency situations.
• Monitor and conduct surveillance to identify theft and fraud indicators.
• Conduct internal and external investigations and document incidents.
• Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accidents, and audits.
• Reduce inventory loss through audits and training, and support store operations programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Loss Prevention or Asset Protection experience.
• Customer-focused mindset, verbal and writing skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Investigative and conflict management skills, with the ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
