Responsibilities- Investigate MNRs, IRRs, RNRs, and chargebacks through emails and Google Docs.
- Man the metal detectors and HR lobby during hiring events.
- Review associate accidents and incidents, providing video to HR and Safety Manager.
- Check in and out trucks at the Drivers Gate and verify outgoing seals.
- Conduct fire walks and update AP communication board.
- Escort ICQA during jewelry replenishment and conduct jewelry safe audits.
- Respond to work injuries and emergencies, ensuring proper paperwork is submitted.
- Conduct internal investigations and review video for associate issues.
- Compile monthly statistics and conduct department audits.
- Create badges for new hires and conduct orientation for temporary associates.
- Issue lockers and building passes, and monitor OBFC cameras.
- Maintain surveillance of the property and ensure a safe environment.
- Greet associates and visitors, performing bag checks on departure.
- Conduct investigations into theft and shortages.
- Maintain strong partnerships within the DC associate, management, and Asset Protection teams.
Requirements- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- High level of confidentiality and ability to multi-task.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Previous retail and/or distribution center Loss Prevention experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk long distances.
