Summary

The Loss Prevention Manager is a senior executive role responsible for managing all aspects of loss prevention and the credit office at the store. This leader oversees shortage and fraud prevention, safety compliance, profit protection training, team management, and budget oversight to safeguard store assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all loss prevention operations for the store
• Oversee the credit office and related processes
• Develop and enforce safety and compliance protocols
• Lead investigations into internal and external shortage and fraud
• Train store teams on profit protection practices
• Build relationships with store leadership and brand partners
• Manage and mentor the loss prevention team
• Maintain and monitor loss prevention budgets

Requirements

• Experience managing loss prevention or asset protection functions
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to build relationships and work as a business partner
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention processes
• Experience managing a team and maintaining a budget
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college preferred
