Responsibilities- Recruit, develop, and coach direct reports and collaborate with third-party security vendors.
- Manage the Security budget, including Security officers and physical security projects.
- Inform leadership and staff of potential risks or losses to company assets.
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures to control internal and external loss.
- Manage and maintain CCTV and access control platforms.
- Relay critical information to on-site personnel for awareness building.
- Monitor internal controls and document incidents.
- Lead investigations and follow through with legal partnerships as needed.
- Network with local law enforcement for merchandise recovery.
- Act as an ambassador of safety programs and initiatives.
- Escort and guard people and premises during events.
- Conduct training and orientations for new employees.
- Provide weekly reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in Asset Protection/Loss Prevention, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of security and asset protection equipment.
- Experience managing direct and indirect reports.
- Availability for travel, event support, and occasional weekend projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Wicklander-Zulawski certification is highly desirable.
