Asset Protection Manager

Summary

The Asset Protection Manager will lead loss prevention and safety initiatives for the Orlando store while providing support to the Tampa and Jacksonville locations. This role implements asset protection standards and procedures, manages and trains security staff, and enforces company policies to reduce shrink. The manager partners with store and department leaders to maintain a secure environment and drive continuous improvement through reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce asset protection standards, policies, and procedures to control internal and external loss.
• Monitor internal controls, inventory risks, and physical security systems to mitigate shrink.
• Manage, train, and develop security staff; coach store teams on loss prevention techniques.
• Lead safety and emergency response preparedness, fraud prevention, and related training initiatives.
• Provide regular quantitative and qualitative reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations to store and department leadership.
• Collaborate closely with store operations and departmental leaders to drive risk mitigation strategies across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading loss prevention or security teams, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
• Strong knowledge of asset protection best practices, inventory controls, and physical security systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills with the ability to influence store teams.
• Ability to analyze reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to reduce shrink.
• Willingness to support multiple store locations, including travel between Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.
