Summary

Provide loss prevention and asset protection support at the outlet location in Liberty Place. Monitor store operations to protect merchandise and ensure a safe environment while collaborating with store team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sales floor and perimeter to deter theft and misconduct
• Monitor CCTV and alarms for suspicious activity
• Conduct bag checks and exit screenings following policy
• Assist with incident reporting and documentation
• Work with store management on shrink reduction initiatives
• Support investigations and coordinate with law enforcement when required
• Maintain awareness of store operations and safety hazards

Requirements

• Previous retail or loss prevention experience preferred
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers and team members professionally
• Must be able to follow policies and procedures closely
• Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
