Responsibilities

• Monitor store activity to prevent theft and reduce shrink
• Conduct regular floor and perimeter checks
• Assist with investigations of suspicious activity and incidents
• Collaborate with store managers on safety and loss prevention measures
• Maintain accurate incident and inventory records
• Engage with customers to provide a safe shopping experience
• Support store team with asset recovery and secure handling

Requirements

• Prior retail or loss prevention experience preferred
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Basic problem solving and incident reporting skills
• Must be dependable and able to work a part-time schedule
