Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous visual surveillance of sales floor and common areas.
• Observe and identify suspicious behavior or potential theft incidents.
• Report incidents promptly to store management and follow escalation procedures.
• Assist with safety protocols and emergency response as directed.
• Document observations and maintain accurate incident notes.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when required and provide statements.
• Support store team in loss prevention initiatives and training efforts.

Requirements
