Responsibilities

• Conduct routine store patrols to deter theft and identify safety hazards
• Monitor surveillance equipment and review footage as needed
• Assist with investigations of suspicious activity and incidents
• Coordinate with store management and law enforcement when necessary
• Document incidents and maintain accurate loss prevention records
• Support store opening and closing security procedures
• Provide visible presence on the sales floor to engage customers and deter theft

Requirements

• Previous retail or loss prevention experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of security and loss prevention practices
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Availability to work a part time schedule including weekends and holidays
