Summary

Responsible for protecting company assets and ensuring a safe shopping environment within the Beverly Center location. Conducts investigations into theft and loss incidents, collaborates with store leadership and law enforcement, and implements loss prevention strategies to reduce shrink.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into alleged theft and fraud incidents
• Monitor sales floor and store premises to deter loss
• Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement as needed
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Implement and follow asset protection policies and procedures
• Conduct audits and physical inventories to identify discrepancies
• Assist in training staff on loss prevention awareness

Requirements

• Prior experience in asset protection or loss prevention preferred
• Strong observational and investigative skills
• Ability to work full time hours including weekends and holidays
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Ability to collaborate with law enforcement and internal teams
