Asset Protection Supervisor - Meatpacking

Summary

The Asset Protection Supervisor protects company assets, personnel, and customers at the Meatpacking boutique. This role supervises and develops asset protection associates while supporting a safe and positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, schedule, and supervise asset protection associates; delegate daily assignments and review work.
• Conduct audits, inspections, security walks, and investigations; maintain accurate records and asset protection documentation.
• Monitor policy and point-of-sale compliance, review reports and safe logs, and report incidents, theft, and operational risks.
• Control access, maintain security equipment, supervise off-site sales, and coordinate with store management and law enforcement as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of asset protection, retail, or managerial experience preferred.
• Required New York City security license and 8-hour pre-assignment and 16-hour on-the-job training certificates.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, operate required equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
