Responsibilities

• Monitor store and surrounding areas via cameras and visual patrols
• Observe customer and employee activity to deter theft and misconduct
• Respond to incidents and escalate to management or law enforcement as needed
• Conduct regular perimeter and interior security checks
• Document security incidents and prepare accurate reports
• Collaborate with store leadership on loss prevention strategies
• Assist with investigations and evidence preservation

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or asset protection preferred
• Ability to observe and remain alert for extended periods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
• Basic report writing and documentation skills
