Asset Protection Visual Security Officer

As an Asset Protection Visual Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our retail environment in Bergen County. You will be responsible for deterring theft and ensuring a safe shopping experience for our customers.

• Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct regular patrols to prevent theft and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with store management to address security concerns and incidents.
• Assist in the apprehension of shoplifters in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

• 1+ years of experience in security or a related field.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
