Summary

Responsible for protecting company assets and maintaining a secure environment through visual monitoring and proactive loss prevention activities at the Palm Beach Gardens location. Works full time to observe, report, and respond to potential security incidents while supporting store operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store premises and shopping areas visually to detect suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of sales floor stockroom and perimeter areas.
• Observe customer and employee behavior and document incidents accurately.
• Report theft, fraud, and safety hazards to management and law enforcement when necessary.
• Assist with investigations and provide detailed statements and video evidence.
• Coordinate with store leadership to implement loss prevention strategies.
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports with clear descriptions.
• Support emergency procedures and evacuation protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or security experience preferred.
• Ability to observe and recall details accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Available to work full time including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and video retrieval.
