Associate Store Merchandising

Summary

Support daily merchandise operations including processing inbound product, placement, presentation and fulfillment on the selling floor. Work under the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor or Manager to maintain visual standards, assist with floor recovery and complete customer orders while contributing to store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for selling floor
• Place and present merchandise following visual standards
• Participate in floor recovery and supply replenishment during peak periods
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders
• Provide prompt, high quality customer service
• Use RF guns and other store technology to support operations
• Assist with ad hoc store initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Familiarity with merchandising standards and visual presentation
• Strong computer skills including Excel Word and mobile devices
• Comfort working in a fast paced team environment with minimal supervision
• Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule per business needs
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks
• Valid driver license to drive company vehicle as needed
