- Provide feedback on inventory mix, stock orders, and inventory controls.
- Oversee logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
- Focus the team on financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory.
- Assist in logistics for boutique events organized by the brand.
- Update boutique Instagram account following HQ guidelines.
- Ensure customer database is up to date and provide necessary information management.
- Assist in staff scheduling and provide mentoring to Sales Associates.
- Act as manager on the floor when the Boutique Director is absent.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Previous retail luxury experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role and experience in assisting store management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of the timepieces industry desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
