Store Manager - Dallas Galleria

As a Store Manager at Louis Vuitton Dallas Galleria, you will be an ambassador of the brand, responsible for leading and developing the store team through innovative and motivating hands-on management and coaching. You will inspire your team to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

• Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
• Develop the business and supervise store operations and budget.
• Recruit, build, and develop highly motivated, trained, and engaged teams.
• Provide regular feedback on personal growth and ensure detailed development plans for team members.
• Be present on the sales floor, engaging with the team and clients.

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
• Experience managing teams preferred.
• BA degree is a plus.
• Foreign language skills and computer literacy are a plus.
• Strong competencies in action orientation, business acumen, customer focus, and team building.
