Assistant Boutique Manager - Atlanta Phipps

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Atlanta Phipps, you will work closely with the Boutique Director/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to Christian Dior standards. Your role will involve enhancing sales, minimizing stock losses, and expanding the client base.

• Increase sales and monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers.
• Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
• Develop and manage clientele relationships.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize Capture Rate and After Sale.
• Oversee product and stock management, including inventory and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
