Assistant Boutique Manager - Fifth Ave

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Van Cleef & Arpels Fifth Ave, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client experiences and nurturing relationships. You will assist the Sales Manager in managing and elevating the boutique's operations, focusing on sales development and team growth while embodying the values of the Maison.

• Assist the Sales Manager in guiding the team in operations, policy adherence, and corporate directives.
• Act as an ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels, networking within the community.
• Support the team in achieving performance goals through coaching and optimal scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
• Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales.

• 4+ years of luxury sales experience in a retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong selling and closing skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Foreign language ability applicable to the market preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel is a must.
