- Monitor Client Advisor performance and ensure clienteling excellence.
- Lead and support local events and product launches.
- Manage client flow and resolve service issues to retain and enrich client relationships.
- Model Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
- Maintain knowledge of competition and local trends.
- Provide support and feedback to Client Advisors for ongoing development.
- Lead performance and development conversations with direct reports.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
- Lead engaging morning briefings and deliver key business communication.
- Develop and lead cross-category focus for team sales.
- Participate in attracting and recruiting new team members.
- Ensure effective onboarding for new team members.
- Manage employee-relations matters with Store Directors and People Partners.

- Monitor store KPIs and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Maximize time on the selling floor to motivate team members.
- Analyze store results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with Store Director and Merchandising team for feedback on products and stock.
- Ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through training.
- Utilize digital platforms to support store and online sales.
- Oversee tracking of special orders through merchandising communication.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Loss Prevention, and other departments.
- Plan and consult with Store Director for scheduling and coverage.
- Allocate tasks based on abilities and delegate effectively.
- Support visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain organization of company assets in store.
- Support product handling, transactions, and store administration.
- Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Optimize stock management and report risks.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security aspects.
Requirements- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
