Assistant Boutique Manager - Aventura

Summary

As Assistant Boutique Manager you will support the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensure exceptional client service on the selling floor. You will help maximize sales, minimize stock losses, develop clientele, and assist with opening and closing the boutique. The role includes coaching, scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and enforcing store policies to drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coaching sales associates to meet sales targets and improve conversion rates.
• Open and close the boutique and oversee compliance with security and store procedures.
• Assign and monitor sales goals, participate in merchandising and presentation of merchandise.
• Coordinate and participate in inventories; manage transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to minimize stock losses.
• Facilitate communication between management and associates and conduct regular store meetings.
• Support sales promotion activities and develop the customer database through capture and after-sale follow-up.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year of management in a luxury setting.
• Strong commercial initiative, fashion sensitivity, and knowledge of the luxury industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, coaching, and follow-through skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to remain on the selling floor for extended periods.
