- Take full responsibility for the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily store operations.
- Assist in preparing and executing special events and community initiatives.
- Maintain visual standards with direction from corporate and management.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail required.
- Previous experience in high-end watch sales preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated individual.
- Ability to understand sales, budgets, goals, and scheduling.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
