Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Store Director at Saint Laurent Royalmount, you will be a key leader in our dynamic team, working under the Store Director to drive sales and brand engagement. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Support the Store Director in overseeing store presence, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operations.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to meet service standards and handling urgent inquiries.
  • Build a network of influential individuals in the luxury retail sector to promote customer loyalty.
  • Maintain product and collection knowledge to drive sales performance.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in luxury retail or sales.
  • At least 2 years of successful management experience in retail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur is an asset.
