Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager will lead store operations and drive sales performance while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Market Director Canada, the role focuses on coaching teams, recruiting talent, and ensuring operational excellence to maximize the store's business potential.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of store and individual sales targets
• Support daily store operations including opening closing and register procedures
• Mentor coach and develop retail associates to improve competencies and sales
• Manage recruiting and maintain a pool of potential candidates
• Facilitate staff training and new hire induction with proper follow up
• Monitor client book data quality and propose action plans with sales staff
• Ensure compliance with brand standards procedures and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships professionally
• Maintain a respectful fair workplace environment for all associates

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team working abilities
• Organizational awareness flexibility and adaptability
• Strong product knowledge and alignment with brand philosophy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
