- Develop strong product knowledge and communicate it to customers and the team.
- Take full responsibility for the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and teamwork.
- Maintain thorough understanding of all company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from corporate and management.
- Ensure fair and effective scheduling of sales team to support business needs.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail required.
- Previous experience in high-end watch sales preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills are essential.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated individual.
- Ability to understand sales, budgets, goals, and scheduling.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
