Assistant Boutique Manager

Summary

Assistant Boutique Manager supporting the Boutique Manager at the Bloor Holt Renfrew North York location. Responsible for day-to-day boutique operations, leading and coaching the sales team, upholding customer service and visual standards, and supporting sales and CRM activities. Acts as manager in the director's absence and helps drive commercial objectives and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Boutique Manager with daily operations and act as manager in their absence.
• Coach and support selling staff to achieve sales targets, maintain floor coverage, and apply product knowledge and selling skills.
• Oversee customer experience and after-sales care, including CRM data entry and thank-you communications.
• Manage merchandising standards, product handling, ticketing, and security tagging.
• Coordinate scheduling, monitor attendance, and ensure team adherence to dress code and presentation standards.

Requirements

• Proven fashion retail background with strong selling skills and a track record of driving results.
• Experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial retail role with team coaching ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong numeracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional presentation, and high standards of product care.
• Proficiency in French is an asset; passion for watches and jewellery preferred.
