Assistant Boutique Manager - Forum-Las Vegas

Summary

Assist the Boutique Director in managing boutique operations to develop sales, grow the sales team, and deliver high quality client experiences. Act as an ambassador of the Maison, support team performance through coaching and scheduling, and liaise with corporate on inventory CRM and operations. Position requires supervisory experience, strong selling skills, computer proficiency and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the team in daily operations, policy and corporate directives
• Coach staff to achieve performance goals through feedback and closing techniques
• Maintain proper floor coverage by creating optimal schedules
• Represent the Maison and network within the community
• Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives and operations
• Provide excellent customer service to nurture and elevate boutique experiences
• Ensure back office operations run smoothly and merchandise displays effectively
• Assist in developing the sales team and contributing to recruitment and training
• Resolve sales related issues and provide client solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Approximately 4 years luxury retail sales experience preferred
• Strong selling and closing skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other work software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills and ability to motivate a team
• Foreign language skills preferred
• Valid work authorization and ability to travel
