Summary
Support the Boutique Manager in leading a luxury watch boutique at the Forum Shops, driving sales, team development, and exceptional client experiences while managing day to day boutique operations and contributing to business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist with business planning, sales monitoring and KPI action plans
- Support activation calendar, pipeline management and outreach campaign planning
- Lead daily boutique operations including stock rotation and visual merchandising
- Oversee back of house organization, vendor coordination and compliance paperwork
- Maintain boutique hospitality replenishment and KPI boards
- Coach and mentor the sales team to develop performance
- Collaborate on client development strategy and CRM action plans
- Work on the sales floor delivering exceptional service and contributing to targets
- Support reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in luxury retail or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer centric mindset with strong client experience skills
- Business driven and analytical with self management ability
- Proven leadership and team management capability
- Outgoing and open personality
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
