As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Mall Of America, you will work closely with the Boutique Director/Manager to oversee the sales team and ensure exceptional customer service in line with Christian Dior standards. You will play a key role in enhancing sales, managing stock, and developing client relationships.

• Improve sales performance and minimize stock losses.
• Open and close the boutique, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
• Coach, schedule, and manage staff, including inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Increase sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
• Inspire outstanding customer service and assist in setting sales goals.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train and lead sales associates in selling skills and product knowledge.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database development.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and standards.
• Address problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
• Initiative and commercial creativity with a strong fashion sense.
• Knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
