Assistant Boutique Manager - Scottsdale Fashion Square

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Scottsdale Fashion Square, you will work closely with the Boutique Director/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the sales team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales in line with Christian Dior's standards.

• Improve sales performance and minimize stock losses.
• Open and close the boutique, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
• Coach, schedule, and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on customer database development.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and standards.
• Manage product and stock, including transfers and inventory coordination.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
