Assistant Boutique Manager - Soho Women's

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Director or Manager in day-to-day management of the sales team. The role helps deliver exceptional customer service and meet Christian Dior's sales and operational expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales, minimize stock losses, and attract new clients.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach, staff, and schedule the team; merchandise the boutique and complete inventory.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to achieve business results.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably including 1 year of management experience in a luxury product setting.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, fashion sensitivity, commercial creativity, and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Availability to work multifaceted hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to open or close the store as needed.
• Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
